Responsibilities:
- To achieve department and store sales goals and guest engagement, one must comprehend sales targets and plan and carry out daily and weekly workloads that include: planned merchandising, pricing workload, transitions, revisions, sales plans, and promotions.
- Establish a service culture where the quality of the guest experience is given top priority. To deliver the service standard, set an example, teach staff, and coach customers.
- Ensure that the product is in stock, accessible, appropriately priced, and signed on the sales floor in order to give our visitors a consistent experience.
- Know operations, accuracy, process, and efficiency inside and out.
- For your designated department, take the lead on inbound, outgoing, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes (s)
- Along with your boss, develop a schedule based on the volume of business done on a monthly and weekly basis and the number of guests.
- Work on a schedule that satisfies both corporate and visitor needs (this includes early morning, evening, overnight shifts and weekends)
- In charge of your department(s) on the sales floor and in the backroom, examine all reporting to identify any gaps and create a strategy to solve them.
- By managing the pick, pack, and ship fulfillment activities as appropriate for your region, ensure effective delivery to our guests.
- Anticipate and encourage team members to keep up with current fashions and goods
- Develop a staff that is guest-centric that evaluates and recommends candidates for available roles.
- Organize and guide training for the team
- Fill in knowledge and skill gaps through experiences and training
- Set precise objectives and expectations, and hold team members responsible for meeting them.

- Assist guest services including back-up cashiers, order pick-up (OPU), and drive-up (DU), and uphold a compliance culture while doing those activities, such as adhering to federal, state, and local adult drinking laws
