Responsibilities:
The ATL will assist, under the guidance of the Team Leader:

- Managing to schedules ensures that there is always appropriate servicing coverage, which may involve filling in as necessary.
- Supporting the Manager’s review of team performance and, where necessary, helping to draft colleagues’ individual growth and action plans
- collaborating together with the food and beverage provider to develop an outstanding, award-winning guest experience for all visits to Centurion New York.
- Participating actively in internal promotional events
- identifying possibilities to improve operations and putting into practice original ideas to expand the company with the hospitality general manager.

- Every day of the week from 8:45 am to 12 am, the Centurion New York Lounge is open. This job is for 40 hours a week, from Tuesday to Saturday. Depending on company requirements, the time may fluctuate.
Requirements:
The following qualifications will be present in a successful applicant:
- Must have two years of proactive customer service experience in the travel or hospitality industries (premium servicing a plus).
- Must have two years of supervisory experience or a proven track record as an effective MSP, MCP, or CCP. Experience in the food and beverage, airline, or lounge industries, including reservation experience, is strongly encouraged.

- Understanding and ability to properly implement plans, processes, and policies
- Strong communication, presenting, and writing abilities; ability to resolve conflicts
- Ability to lead and monitor business outcomes Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Flexibility in shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
- For some work tasks, light to moderate lifting may be necessary.

Annual Salary: $55,400 to $81,400 plus bonuses and benefits
