Position Description:

You will be the subject matter expert for the tools our agents use to support our clients because you are our tools and systems leader. To enhance our current tools, develop reports and dashboards to show off our success, or look into new tools or procedures we can use to better serve our clients, you’ll collaborate with teams both inside and outside the company.

You’ll be able to:

• Act as a CRM and reporting system authority
• Possess in-depth knowledge of AWS Lamba, Amazon Connect, and NPS measurement tools.
• Establish and lead eero CS’s overall tools strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from all areas of the organization and represent the customer’s voice when recommending tools and systems.
• Take part in strategic activities, such as reporting and long- and short-term company planning.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of product management, program management, marketing, business development, or technology experience – Bachelor’s degree – Knowledge of how to deliver features and make trade-offs for a product – Knowledge of how to own/drive roadmap strategy and definition – Knowledge of how to deliver end-to-end products
• Participating in engineering conversations about a product’s technology decisions and strategy – Managing technical products or online services
• Proven track record of standing up for a range of important clients and stakeholders during executive-level prioritizing and planning

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Analytical tool experience, including with Tableau, Qlikview, and QuickSight – Tool development and adoption experience
