The dental student will be exposed to a range of various departments within our dental organization through a planned summer internship at our company, including but not limited to:
- Clinical Dental Operations
- Management and Marketing of Dental Products
- Dental Services
- Management of the Dental Provider Network and Network Recruiting
- Competitive intelligence in dentistry
- In addition to research, the internship program will put a strong emphasis on clinical projects and initiatives.
Potential Study Projects:
A number of Clinical Position Papers have been created by our organization to support our company’s coverage position for various dental services. These clinical position papers may touch on a variety of subjects, for instance:
- Dental amalgam fillings
- Localized Antimicrobial Agent Delivery
- Topical Fluoride Sealants Professionally Applied
- ViziLite/VELscope
- link between dental health and general health
The review and update of a few current clinical position papers as well as the creation of one or more brand-new clinical position papers are both components of this project. The research would comprise a thorough analysis of the published scientific journals pertaining to the particular service(s) or technique (s). Also, a review of any firmly held positions announced by professional dental associations, specialty groups, the executive branch, and/or regulatory bodies would be included. A draft of the intern’s modified and/or brand-new clinical position paper(s) would then be discussed with our dental clinical team so that everyone involved could grasp the intern’s conclusions. The Dental Clinical team would finally create a formal position statement based on the intern’s study. As needed, further relevant projects or responsibilities may be assigned.
Requirements:
The applicant must be enrolled in a first-year dentistry program right now.
Schedule
Starting on May 22, 2023, you must be available to work a 35-hour workweek for 8 weeks. Workdays go from Monday through Friday.

Any US location can perform this job remotely from home.

Stipend
A $5,000.00 total stipend will be given by our company over the course of the 8-week term.

Work Authorization: Only those with the right to work in the United States and who do not currently or in the future need sponsorship for a visa are eligible for this temporary internship.
Whether you intend to work from home on a regular basis or infrequently, you must have an internet connection from a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with minimum download and upload speeds of 10 Mbps and 5 Mbps, respectively.
