Job Description:

Always has a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers. Makes ensuring that products are displayed correctly. Ensures proper operation of the cash register in compliance with established protocols. Keeps the work environment neat and tidy throughout the day. Customer service is provided in accordance with the principles of the Star Service program. Employees can find work in a variety of departments, such as the front desk, fitting rooms, stock rooms, fine jewelry, and customer service.

DUTY:

• Consistently provides excellent service to customers
• Keeps all items displayed correctly in line with established policies and procedures.
• Performing cashier duties in accordance with established business policies and procedures
• In charge of preventing shortages by raising employee awareness of and adherence to corporate policies and theft prevention measures
• Store management may assign additional jobs and duties.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess excellent verbal and nonverbal communication abilities Capable of interacting positively with clients and colleagues
• Suitable for the typical retail environment, which requires the ability to stand, lift, load and unload trucks, and unpack products.
