Responsibilities:
- Design and implement A/B tests with a focus on the Cobrand experience to better understand our customers and the Delta.com ecosystem.
- Keep in touch with American Express, the Delta Digital product teams (Shopping and Booking, Digital Loyalty, and others), Loyalty, and Marketing to stay informed of business advancements and market trends and to help you establish a strong backlog of ideas.
- To drive ideas from conception through technical/design/analytical assessments, collaborate with the Digital Tools team, multiple product teams, and Analytics teams.
- Establish success metrics and create a plan for test analytics.
- Socialize the backlog and make sure testing priorities are in agreement.
- To obtain authorization, carry out QA testing, and run the tests, collaborate with all stakeholders.
- To evaluate and track test performance, use Adobe Analytics or web analytics.
- Inform stakeholders and the digital leadership of test outcomes.
- The ability to put together engaging, succinct presentations for leadership audiences is a requirement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or comparable number of years relevant work experience.
- Web analytics or Adobe Analytics experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to convert data into understanding.
- Must be intellectually interested and self-motivated.
- Ability to address problems creatively and innovatively while also taking the initiative and being proactive.
- Highly quantitative with the capacity and desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
