Responsibilities:

A list of the principal duties (not all of them) is as follows:

  • Serves as the HR Service Delivery ServiceNow specialist in charge of assisting with problem detection and resolution, articulating regulatory and anticipated changes for deployment throughout the ServiceNow product suite, and assuring continuing functionality.
  • Serves as a member of a group of renowned systems specialists who have been chosen to decrease errors, boost productivity, and advance critical initiatives and projects.
  • In order to develop business and document requirements, evaluate technological needs, and drive the continual improvement of ServiceNow system features in accordance with a single release strategy, closely collaborates with the larger HRSD operational team, operations solution partners, and Business users.
  • Helps the work stream move toward improved functionality and experience, including but not limited to: daily case management request administration, portal virtual agent, knowledgebase, and user access.
  • Collaborates with a variety of teams, such as ITSM ServiceNow, networking, database, IT operations, and business operations, to address complicated escalations and issues involving numerous systems and procedures.
  • Helps with the coordination and implementation of end-user training, data accuracy audits, and business process adjustments.
  • As a vital member of a cross-functional team, takes part in HR projects to support the provision of HR Services.
  • Work on rollout plans for new product and feature deployment with HR partners, the HR SAP COE, and technology partners. Coordinates and organizes system enhancements and defect resolution in support of the HR COEs.
  • Provides assistance with the creation and upkeep of product roadmaps and feature descriptions.
  • Evaluates and communicates to stakeholders the commercial value, risks, and purpose of new features and products.
  • Gathers data, performs data analysis, and produces reports.
  • Contributes to the configuration or alteration of practices that are already in place in order to increase efficiency.
  • Applies best practice standards throughout the product lifecycle and makes sure all processes are in compliance with Delta’s policies and procedures.
  • One Saturday per month, at least four hours must be available to work on system updates and fixes.
  • In all operational projects and procedures, adopts safety-conscious practices.
  • Additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM)

  • A bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work experience, plus five or more years of experience working as a lead in service delivery roles, is required. A master’s degree in business or a related technical field is preferred, plus three or more years of the aforementioned experience.
  • Must possess strong technical aptitude, case management process and practice understanding, and significant HR knowledge.
  • Strong project management abilities, including gathering and documenting requirements, doing analysis, translating requirements for developers, testing, and general project management.
  • Knowledge of various systems implementation approaches (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), as well as experience with ServiceNow’s case manager, knowledgebase, virtual agent, campaigns, and performance analytics, is necessary.
  • Preferable prior knowledge of ServiceNow for HR implementations from beginning to end
  • Prior experience growing and advancing solutions strategically is required, as well as working both independently and in a collaborative setting.
  • Must have exhibited expertise implementing and carrying out high impact projects throughout a matrixed organization, as well as conveying technical concepts and processes using clear, straightforward language and graphics.
  • It is necessary to have a track record of successfully planning, prioritizing, allocating resources, and managing multiple complicated product releases at once while operating in a time-constrained environment.
  • Must be doing satisfactorily in existing role (if internal transfer).
  • Embraces varied people, ideas, and ways of doing things.
  • Holds a high school diploma, GED, or other equivalent qualification.
  • Possesses legal permission to work in the US and is at least 18 years old.
