As a Principal Software Engineer, you will lead the development of cutting-edge software and provide creative solutions aligned with business needs. Your responsibilities include leading complex software features throughout the agile software lifecycle, translating software requirements into actionable items, designing high-quality modular software, and implementing robust code. You will also define and implement tests and metrics to ensure completion criteria are met, provide technical documentation, offer long-term support, troubleshoot and integrate solutions, improve development methodologies, and lead design reviews to enhance product quality.

Essential Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: storage, device drivers, databases, networking, embedded software/firmware development, Linux.
• Excellent coding skills, with an in-depth knowledge of C/C++.
• A strong team player who can also work independently when necessary.

Desirable Requirements

• Robust knowledge of storage systems data-path, with a focus on replication technologies.
• Experience and understanding of Linux internals, as well as familiarity with agile methodologies.
