Responsibilities:
- JavaScript and associated technologies can be used to create and implement scalable, high-performance online applications.
- Develop and deliver platform functionality needs by collaborating with the Product function and other members of the Engineering / Development team.
- Create code that is clear, dependable, and effective.
- Continuously seek out, assess, and use new technologies to enhance development effectiveness
- Participate in the discussion by offering suggestions for advancement, technological growth, and iteration.
- Debug and troubleshoot problems across the entire stack.
- To assure code quality and maintainability, create automated tests.
- Participate in code reviews and provide the other team members input.
- Keep up on the most recent developments in web development trends and technologies.
- Support the creation of technical documentation
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, React, and other relevant technologies. Significant expertise in software development, including direct
- Experience as a Full Stack JavaScript engineer.
- Prior experience transforming product design specifications into user interfaces
- Knowledge of TypeScript Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB as database technologies
- Knowledge of server-side technologies, with a preference towards Next.js
- Strong familiarity with the architecture and design principles of web applications
- knowledge of Playwright, Cypress, or Jest as integrated testing frameworks and unit testing tools
- Knowledge of Git and recommended practices for version control
- Skills in debugging and troubleshooting
- Working in a fully remote setting is preferred experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or other cloud platforms is preferred.
- Docker knowledge is preferred.
- Shell scripting knowledge is preferred.
- Agile development methodology knowledge is preferred.
- An undergraduate degree in computer science or a closely related subject is desired but not required.
