The PC/LAN Tech Associate (Technical Customer Support Associate Analyst) will be in charge of delivering thought leadership within Information Management while working on larger initiatives that call for knowledge of the larger business. Responsibilities:
- Defining best practices and standards for Azure services.
- Creating policies to regulate the creation of Azure resources in lower environments.
- Azure services performance log setup.
- Proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of lakehouse and auxiliary service performance problems.
- Participating in road mapping discussions with the development, support, and strategy teams.
- Enhancing the resilience of the Azure services.
- DR implementation for Azure services.
- Enhancing ADF work processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma from high school; bachelor’s degree desirable.
- Preferably, you have 3+ years of Azure experience.
- 8+ years of IT job experience.
- Knowledge of Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure Active Directory, Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, and Role-based Access Control.
- Shown proficiency with Azure Site Recovery, Azure Key Vault, and Disaster Recovery.
- Having knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, Azure CLIs, and ARM templates.
- Expertise working on various kinds of IT projects, including moving on-premises infrastructure to Azure environments (including IaaS and PaaS) and dealing with the corresponding storage, network, and security issues.
- A track record of recognizing and seizing chances for growth.
- Having a never-ending desire for knowledge, experience, and constant pursuit of new knowledge that advances the team’s body of expertise.
