Responsibilities:

You will be in charge of creating and fixing audio system software for all of Apple’s platforms as a Core Audio System Software engineer. The routing of audio through the system and the integration of multiple hardware components are handled by the audio software stack on Apple devices, which is incredibly complicated and has a rich feature set. It will be the responsibility of this position to create and enhance the software elements in charge of both operating the audio hardware and exposing audio features and capabilities throughout the system. Working closely with hardware driver teams and a variety of Apple products, such as Siri, AirPods, Camera, FaceTime, Phone calls, and AirPlay, is a requirement of the job.

Requirements:

• BS or MS in EE, CS, or a closely related field.
• Excellent C++ programming and software design skills
• A strong grasp of multi-threaded programming, object-oriented programming techniques, and operating system principles
• Knowledge of digital audio
• Powerful debugging abilities

Additional Conditions

• Modern C++ knowledge is a plus.
