Requirements:

PRIMARY QUALIFCATIONS

  • Three or more years of experience managing engineering teams; – Seven or more years of experience working directly with engineering teams
  • Three or more years of expertise building or architecting new and existing systems, with an emphasis on design patterns, reliability, and scaling
  • More than eight years of expertise spearheading the definition and advancement of multitier web services
  • An understanding of engineering best practices and patterns for the whole life cycle of developing software, hardware, and networks, including build procedures, coding standards, source control management, code reviews, testing, certification, and livesite operations
  • Prior experience collaborating with teams in charge of programs or products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in gathering requirements, describing software product features, technical designs, and product strategy through communication with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership;
  • Experience in hiring, managing teams of software engineers to enhance their abilities and increase their effectiveness as product software engineers;
