Position Description:

We have a formal mentor search application that enables you to find a mentor based on region, career family, employment level, etc. that works best for you. Although two mentors are preferable to one, your manager can also assist you in finding one or more mentors. In addition to having official mentors, we train and work together so that we can always learn from one another. We also celebrate and encourage our team members’ professional advancement.

Essential job duties

• Create a top-notch engineering team that produces outstanding results quickly.
• Create cutting-edge strategies for resolving complicated and ambiguous issues.
• Create a roadmap and action plan for your long-term strategy for your programs. – Promote engineering and operational excellence through measurements and ongoing learning.
• Provide management with a status report on the development, quality, operations, and system performance.
• Develop superstar SDEs through mentoring and training to assume ever-greater responsibility.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of experience planning, designing, developing, and delivering consumer software; 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams; 10+ years of experience working with product or program management teams.

• Working knowledge of managing many concurrent programs, projects, and development teams in an Agile context – Working knowledge of system design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling).
