Job Type: Senior Specialist from home

Responsibilities:
- Immediately enters data for invoices into SAP
- Performs payable item uploads into SAP
- Identifies and verifies the vendor that will be paid.
- Audits approvals to check for adherence to the resource approval policy
- Scan and index invoices and other AP documents to make them visible to a large user base.
- Answers emails in the group email box
- Carries out a variety of additional tasks and ad hoc initiatives as needed to meet the departmental and corporate goals and commercial objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum requirements include education and previous work experience.
- Equivalent to a high school diploma or GED
Prior work experience and education are preferred qualifications.
- Expertise with accounts payable
- Experience with previous customer service
- SAP experience before

- The capacity to meet deadlines and deliver excellent customer service
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
