Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Core Charge product and thought leader for key teams like marketing, field and AD, finance, risk, brand, and OE.
- Owning loyalty strategies can help you define and drive growth in cooperation with marketing to enhance CM acquisition and retention and expenditure.
- Analyze and shape initiatives to raise product awareness while advancing sound business, risk-taking, and experience
- Work closely with New Product Development to create, design, test, and deploy unique benefits and experiences to support crucial projects. Identify and describe business requirements.
- To support further ad hoc strategic initiatives, this position will collaborate closely with the U.S. Core Charge Product Director.

Minimum Requirements
- A track record of success in product management, marketing, consulting, or finance; knowledge of customer marketing is a bonus
- Problem-solver with a strong focus on the demands of the consumer and a willingness to comprehend and relate to those of small business owners
- The capacity to lead projects with multi-band, cross-functional teams and coordinate internally with partners who have different goals
- Demonstrates a growth mentality by being open to change and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and a solid grasp of the factors that affect products’ profits and losses.
- The capacity to gather and evaluate data and insights to inform strategy
- Powerful storytelling and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to deliver to senior leadership
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities
- Proactive, solution-focused, and meticulous

- 5 or more years of relevant experience

Salary: from $110,000 and $190,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits
