The Senior Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) is in charge of developing and implementing direct-to-consumer (prospect and member) marketing strategies and their corresponding tactical executions for the Regional markets that fall under his/her purview. This person supports Medicare Advantage and other related Medicare lines of business primarily.

The RMM works closely with their local market partners, the larger Medicare marketing team, and sales business partners to achieve membership acquisition, retention, and revenue growth using the National plan as a guide.

Responsibilities:

  • Together with the regional and local teams, develop and oversee the local market strategy and tactical operational plans.
  • Improve marketing strategies to promote growing market share
  • Determine regional opportunities and message positioning by analyzing local market outcomes, the competitive environment, and other relevant market and consumer insights.
  • To effectively convey marketing messaging in local markets, represent the region’s and the product’s points of view to the larger marketing team.
  • Support marketing initiatives for provider relations and member retention.
  • coordination between the regional sales team, outside agencies, and marketing

Pay Scale

The usual pay scale for this position is as follows: 75,400 minimum; 162,700 maximum

Requirements:

Required credentials: a minimum of seven years’ experience in marketing, agencies, or consulting positions

Preferred Requirements

  • Expertise with both online and offline DirecttoConsumer marketing
  • Highly communicative team member who adapts to the demands and working styles of others to build trusting relationships
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Strong intellectual, critical-thinking, and strategic skills; capacity to participate to discussions about strategic planning
  • Powerful tactical execution abilities
  • Ability to balance numerous priorities while paying attention to details
  • Ability to communicate with people at all organizational levels, effectively work in a matrix environment, and exert influence over others
  • Experience in healthcare or Medicare is a plus but not necessary.
  • Plus points for B2B and B2C marketing

Education: a bachelor’s degree or relevant job experience.
