The chosen candidate will direct or drive the creation of comprehensive solutions and/or important strategic strategies as a Sr. Business Consultant for the Shop Buy Enroll platform.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively finding areas for improvement and autonomously persuading business decision-makers to take action or alter their behavior through discussions and/or consultations that support problem-solving.
- Using clear and convincing findings to influence client groups’ judgment of initiative prospects
- determines selection, prioritized positioning, and method for the largest range of prospective solutions (such as outsourcing, process improvements, and technology solutions) by conducting a detailed business case and external customer value analysis.
- For best results, fully incorporate baseline and metrics tracking into program design and implementation.
- jointly responsible for the initiative’s return on investment
- As needed, offers ongoing coaching, guidance, feedback, and development for other consultants, matrixed staff, and/or outside suppliers.
- use a methodical, repeatable, disciplined approach to drive or guide engagement
- creates interventions, works on them, and leads meetings
- creates and provides all necessary analysis, reporting, and presentation materials.
- assembles, evaluates, and combines business intelligence to support the accomplishment of strategic corporate goals.
- enables various internal and external networks, if necessary, to collect data and identify best practices
- Utilizes internal and external networking to advance knowledge and best practices and achieve the best results for an effort.
Requirements:
Required credentials
- BS/BA or comparable qualifications
- Prior healthcare experience with 7–10 years of expertise in business analysis/consulting and implementing technology, systems, and/or business process improvement projects
- Self-starter with prior experience working for an Agile delivery organization and good communication abilities
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Medicare before is highly preferred
- Experience with Direct-to-Consumer Shopping Sites and Tools in the past as a Business Analyst or Consultant in an Agile Delivery Organization
- Previous knowledge of integrated telephony solutions and customer relationship management (CRM) technology
- Salesforce and/or Vlocity SAFe Agile experience from the past, as well as any related certifications
Education
- BS/BA or comparable qualifications
