The Senior Manager will oversee a group of analysts and be in charge of advancing their technical knowledge and understanding of the analytics process.

Responsibilities:

• Analytics: To assist the product team, create fresh reports, models, and analytical solutions that use cutting-edge data presentation techniques.
• To successfully accomplish these ad-hoc requests, it is necessary to combine technical (SQL) expertise with business knowledge, data savvy, and technical knowledge. Utilize the various tools at your disposal to query data warehouses. An ideal applicant will be able to offer the right suggestions to business users using their understanding of descriptive analytics, data visualization, and statistical testing.
• Consultation – To help with the business strategy and determine the appropriate use cases for insights assistance, consult with operations leaders. collaboration across functional lines as necessary to bring stakeholders into alignment.
• Presenting and reporting findings to leadership in an effective manner is crucial. The ability to persuade, provide a persuasive case, and secure support for proposals will be necessary for this role.
• Leadership/mentorship – This job will manage conflicting priorities from various Operations departments as a team leader. An excellent applicant will be knowledgeable on how to develop and nurture talent within the team.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree desirable; BA recommended
• 6+ years of relevant expertise in data analytics
• Demonstrated leadership skills; team management experience
• The capacity to create, manage, and carry out complicated strategic business strategies, as well as to direct teams
• The capacity to recognize, create, develop, and put into action effective, innovative business solutions based on operational requirements.
• Working easily with numerical information and data
• Knowledge of relational databases, Tableau, SAS, and Microsoft Office software; proficiency in data extraction
• Python, R, and Alteryx knowledge are plusses.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication (oral and written) skills
• Demonstrated capacity for problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a hectic setting
• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

If you intend to work from home on a regular basis or infrequently, you must have an internet connection from a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with minimum download and upload speeds of 10 Mbps and 5 Mbps, respectively.

We anticipate paying this position’s annual compensation between 117,800 and 196,400 USD, based on important aspects like experience and location.

Additionally, it is anticipated that this position will qualify for the yearly bonus program.
