The Cigna Medicare digital experience for potential clients, paying clients, and producers and brokers is directly under the control of the Senior Digital Strategy Manager. Working together with important stakeholders, the Senior Digital Strategy Manager’s role is to foster innovation, define, and implement digital experiences that assist integrate Medicare customers and producers in a single ecosystem. To develop new product concepts and plan quick, easy, and fruitful product launches, closely collaborate with internal and external direct-to-consumer, sales and service operations teams, product managers, designers, developers, and architects. Examine opportunities to provide amazing digital experiences by utilizing new technology.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Medicare business to create a multi-year digital roadmap for Medicare goods in accordance with Cigna’s digital strategy and roadmaps.
- Enabling separate purchasing and enrollment assistance, as well as human-centered support, for prospects at various points of their shopping journey.
- All Medicare clients will have access to a comprehensive self-service experience on the web and via a mobile app, starting with the most basic capabilities and progressing to more distinctive and transformative ones.
- Integrating the producer experience for Medicare across the online and sales CRM.
- Owns and manages the digital experience for websites and mobile apps, including digital interactions with prospects, clients, and brokers, as well as the integration of enrollment systems to assist scale and adapt to meet business growth.
- Coordinates the management of business delivery components with the delivery of IT and design components, such as requirements, content, and Agile stories.
- Responsible for using proper testing and UX rigor to ensure that goods produced fulfill the constituents’ needs in a high quality way.
- Drives solutions utilizing research, measurements, and metrics that are based on facts.
- Oversees the delivery of requirements and their tracability to capabilities and business cases.
- Coordinates impact evaluations for all significant programs that have an impact on the digital experience.
- Effectively collaborates with marketing to communicate with internal and external constituencies.
- Lives and breathes client feedback.
Further Specific Responsibilities:
- Depending on business indicators that are compatible with the right delivery budget and delivery sequence, defines and prioritizes the scope.
- For the execution of a multi-year strategy, partners with technology, design, and other business stakeholders/matrix partners.
- Responsible for outlining the voice of the customer capability requirements and ranking delivery priorities according to customer, market, and business value.
- Develops innovative products, services, and programs by evaluating important market elements, such as the competitive landscape, the digital landscape, constituent insights, and unmet customer and provider demands.
Requirements:
Minimum requirements:
- Expertise in managing and developing digital products, as well as a track record of developing digital (web and mobile – iOS/Android) products.
demonstrated Salesforce experience as well as in-depth understanding of healthcare goods. - Strategic thinker with a focus on world-class experiences and the ability to think outside the healthcare industry.
- Ability to encourage collaboration, influence people, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Capacity to establish measurements that guide product decisions, strong analytical skills.
- Being at ease delving into the technical intricacies with architects, developers, and systems analysts.
- A plus is having knowledge of Medicare goods.
- A BA or BS degree is required, as well as at least five years of experience in digital strategy and/or development.
If you intend to work from home on a regular basis or infrequently, you must have an internet connection from a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with minimum download and upload speeds of 10 Mbps and 5 Mbps, respectively.
We anticipate paying this position’s annual compensation between 103,700 and 172,800 USD, based on important aspects like experience and location.
Additionally, it is anticipated that this position will qualify for the yearly bonus program.
