Responsibilities:

• Analyze commercial data to spot new trends and produce insights for a field-ready product set.
• Utilize Commercial ODL to create and establish a data layer that contains the data elements needed for unique insight solutions.
• Engage with product owners to better understand client demands and business priorities. Develop solutions to the data investigation in accordance with the findings and plot.
• Create a systematic method to iterative prototyping using HIVE, Python, SQL, VBA, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Create a data environment that will make it easier to explore data and test hypotheses.
• Create processes to deal with modifying massive datasets on Cornerstone to ensure effective data analysis advancing analytics to inform strategy for Custom Product Development for a business providing insights and advice Describe novel techniques for converting complex commercial data into insights.
• Lead the analytics team in an agile manner as they develop and deliver solutions through phased releases.
• Strong people manager who can coach, lead, and inspire the team and foster a cooperative work environment
• Setting priorities will assist the team in concentrating on the most beneficial prospects.

Requirements:

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working in the advisory services or data insights/analytics fields
• Experience with data analytics or other types of data management, including practical knowledge of SQL, SAS, Hive, Python, and MS Power Platform
• The capacity to translate KPIs into useful, relevant information
• Deep understanding of data science and experience processing and handling vast amounts of data are advantages.
• Strong communication abilities, including the ability to clearly communicate complex algorithm and results to business partners.
• Excellent execution skills, with the ability to solve problems, spot opportunities, create success measures, and produce results
• Zealous about solving difficult issues
• Working in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting while paying close attention to details
• Outstanding strategic and analytical thinking
• Expertise with project management
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, computer information systems, or a closely related discipline

Preferred credentials:

• Advanced degree in engineering, management, economics, statistics, or mathematics
