- Coding, unit testing, working with API specifications, and automation.
- Locating possibilities for implementing new technologies.
- Create the next-generation identification and access management platform for Amex customers by working in a scrum team of software engineers.
Requirements:
Minimum requirements:
- You have at least six years’ worth of experience working in an agile scrum team to deliver software.
- You possess exceptional technical and communication abilities that enable you to clearly express and deliver answers to challenging issues.
- You have at least six years of practical experience developing software using Java or a comparable language.
- has solid practical experience with frameworks like spring boot and object-oriented programming languages like Java and J2EE.
- You are a specialist in designing, developing, testing, managing, and debugging production systems that are both highly scalable and highly available.
- BS or higher in computer science or a closely linked field
Having experience in any of the following areas is preferred.
- Creating APIs with REST, RPC (gRPC and similar), and functions (AWS Lambda) approaches
- Using JWT, OAuth, and OpenID, public internet and intranet authentication and authorization models
- Golang programming
- Experience working with traditional or key-value storage databases that are highly available and firmly consistent.
- Oracle, DB2, Postgres, Casandra, and mongo are examples of relational and non-relational databases.
- Proficient in Linux/Unix and Splunk technologies.
Salary: from $110,000 and $190,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits
