Responsibilities:
The senior digital experience designer directs design work streams while standing up for users in an effort to address difficult business problems.
Empathy, inventive problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, cooperation, iteration, communication skills, great technical design skills, and curiosity are fundamental traits of the Senior Digital Experience Designer.
Based on thorough research and user-centered design methodologies, this role will collaborate closely with different disciplines and stakeholders to scale our digital solutions across a variety of platforms and improve user flows. As part of this work, you will be expected to perform practical design tasks like journey mapping, design research, wireframing, prototyping, brand standards alignment, UI guidelines adherence, high-fidelity visual design, data visualization, and visual hierarchy.
Pay Scale
The usual pay scale for this position is as follows:
- At least 90,000
- The most: 180,000

Requirements:
Required credentials
- Expertise working in Figma, Sketch, InVision, and/or other industry-standard design tools, with a minimum of five years of experience in UX, UI, or integrated UX/UI design
- A track record of successfully delivering design from the first concepts through to hand-off and launch
- Strong work history with examples of desktop, mobile, and other digital experiences
Preferred Requirements
- Designing and delivering projects from basic concepts all the way to successful market launches Experience in aligning team members around the ideal digital experience and winning support and commitment
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and others
- Understanding how native mobile technology limitations can affect design decisions
- Ability to explain user needs to internal team and senior partners and show how proposed designs address those needs (e.g., through storytelling, utilizing data).
- Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Methodology as an application development approach
- Component-based design and design system knowledge UI design expertise, including a solid understanding of visual hierarchy, space, and typography
- Capable of working with the accessibility team to find solutions that are both inclusive and accessible. knowledgeable about the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Education: a bachelor’s degree in design, user experience, graphic design, information design, product design, or human factors, or something comparable or relevant to the field of design
