Responsibilities:
- Establish data collection requirements based on data needs in collaboration with business, technology, and analytics partners.
- For the deployment and upkeep of precise digital tracking, collaborate with analysts and implementation specialists.
- Assume the role of a subject matter expert by showing your understanding of owned channel data gathering and use cases.
- Get information about the project and the product and record it for performance reporting.
- Utilize digital data to get insight, then proactively share any opportunities or problems.
- Utilize analytics to continually suggest optimization strategies that will boost the performance of your products.
- Ad-hoc reporting and in-depth analysis support business unit teams, product management groups, and other teams.
- Use your business and analytical skills to independently conduct proactive analysis and address company issues that your business partners might not even be aware of.
- Establish and carry out quality control processes to guarantee the consistency of analytical output correctness.
- Find areas where there is room for data improvement and then follow through to see those improvements put into practice.
- To ensure the reliability of the results, use statistical rigor, and be able to communicate the concepts to non-experts.
- Create analytical strategies that include the deadlines, theories, and data sources required to finish complicated deep analysis.
- Independently look for more data to complete analyses and verify assumptions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of expertise with digital analytics.
- 2+ years of experience applying statistical ideas in a business setting.
- Advanced proficiency in digital analytics tools.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics
- Strong knowledge of targeting and segmentation.
- Knowledge of defining tracking needs for digital analytics.
- Use of tag management
- The capacity to effectively guide decision-making and extract useful insights from data.
- The capacity to succeed in a high-pressure, multifunctional setting.
- The capacity to properly manage time and regularly achieve deadlines.
- Ability to efficiently prioritize a variety of projects.
- The capacity to plan ahead and visualize the best path of action with the highest chance of success.
- Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of statistical testing procedures.
- Competent with the Microsoft Office program.

Necessary education
