Position Description:

In terms of strategy, this role will

  • Contribute to the development of the mobile app’s vision by merging client feedback, business goals, and cutting-edge mobile technologies.
  • Provide the finest mobile consumer experiences while collaborating with stakeholders to support other products.
  • Investigate cutting-edge mobile technology to find methods that address client pain points and increase sales.
  • To guarantee a return on your technology investment, carry out thorough analysis and business case building.

Specifically, this role will:

  • Present frequently to executives and stakeholders on issues such as platform budget/spend, new technologies, user feedback, and mobile platform progress toward targets.
  • Manage and prioritize features that will provide American users with the greatest possible experiences.
  • Concentrate on results by identifying goals and important outcomes, and then consistently measuring and iterating to improve the product.
  • Help the mobile team make sure that their work can be measured and that they reach platform goals.
  • Work closely and in collaboration with internal partners in IT, UX, and Analytics to ensure that the best tools are being built, the best customer experiences are being delivered, and the best results are being measured.
  • Work collaboratively with technical leads and IT architects to design solutions that quickly give value to customers while lowering continuing operating expenses.
  • Be a member of the dynamic, quick-moving team that oversees the creation and deployment of fresh mobile tools and features. This includes adopting Agile product management tools and participating in Agile rituals like grooming and iteration planning.
  • When the team creates mobile app tools and offerings, collaborate with vendors.

Everything you need to succeed

  • Basic requirements include education and previous work experience.
  • 3 years of relevant job experience, particularly in an e-Commerce setting, and a bachelor’s degree in a comparable discipline are preferred qualifications. Desired Qualifications- Education & Previous Work Experience
