Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the creation of new applications or enhancements, including the integration of solutions, or serves as a business technical specialist in this regard.
  • Offers mentoring, coaching, and leadership; potential mentor to others.
  • Oversees the application of knowledge related to a certain program using organizational tactics, technology, and education.
  • Has an impact on improvements to business procedures and system infrastructure to increase the availability and accessibility of high-quality data.
  • Manages customer interactions and takes part in both internal and external initiatives to improve the health sector (e.g., performance measurements).
  • Examines trends in complex data, highlights in-depth interpretations, and offers a thorough root cause analysis.
  • Regularly consults with the client to ascertain whether progress is meeting expectations and to gather any extra information required.
  • Converts difficult data into useful information and data, and formulates recommendations.
  • Specifies, identifies, creates, and puts into practice information products to assist strategic business and operational planning.
  • Provides clear, simple illustrations of difficult information.
  • Creates and delivers presentations and consults to current and potential clients as well as internal business units.
  • Offers assistance to workgroups on projects.
  • Informs the customer about the worth, application, and interpretation of the information product.

Pay Scale

The usual pay scale for this position is as follows: at least 43,700; Up to 100,000

Requirements:

Required credentials

  • 6+ Months of Excel-related work experience.
  • 6+ Months of experience working with QNXT.
  • 6+ Months of work experience that includes reviewing and comprehending claims.
  • Practical experience with reading and analyzing claim and coding kinds.
  • Excellent writing and vocal communication abilities.
  • Experience with Remedy (Ticket Tracking) is a bonus.
  • Office (MS) (Word, Access DB and Info Path etc.)
  • Ample database experience, as well as the ability to read and manipulate associated data.
  • Background in healthcare.
  • 3-5+ years of expertise interpreting and analyzing data.

Requirements:

Recommended Requirements

  • Technical certification or a bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL is a plus.
  • Working with Medicare data and prior expertise with Medicare preferable.

Education

  • An associate’s degree or a comparable level of experience.
