Responsibilities:

• Will be in charge of project management for Aetna Medicare’s marketing campaigns to help the fast-growing PDP and Conversion business lines. A good candidate will be interested, able to do more than one thing at once, and pay attention to details
• Work closely with different project owners to deliver integrated communications campaigns (email, direct mail, and digital) that support growth and sales goals for PDP Acquisition and Retention, PDP Upsell, and DSNP Cross-sell. In the end, you will report to the Executive Director of Marketing.
• Serve as point of contact for team by working directly and building strong relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
• Proactively manage multiple projects and be able to handle competing priorities while focusing on getting things done on time, especially during the busiest time of the year for enrollment.
• Prepare SOTs and worksheets that summarizes current project details and coordinate with all team members to keep workflow on track.
• All marketing materials should go through the established review process to make sure they meet all product and regulatory policies.
• Help project owners check the quality of all marketing materials at different stages to make sure the content is compliant and matches the product copy.
• Fill out all of the intake, calendar, request, and submission forms that are needed for all initiatives and projects to be set up and run smoothly.
• Manage deadlines and work with your team to make sure that all campaigns are set up correctly and on time.
• Serve as the single point of contact for blueprint meetings with partners from outside the company and leaders of internal initiatives.

Pay Range:

The usual range of pay for this job is:

Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000

Please keep in mind that this range is the pay range for all jobs in the same job grade as this position. The actual salary offer will depend on a lot of things, like where the job is.

Requirements:

2+ years project management or coordination experience \sPreferred Qualifications
