As a Workforce Management Analyst, you will assist Med-D Enrollment Operations with a range of Workforce Management tasks to guarantee proper departmental staffing. The Workforce Management Analyst will also be in charge of leading workflow conversations with multiple locations and developing and maintaining reports and data for Verint WFM. In this position, you can foster a supportive work atmosphere, contribute to the team, and recommend ways to consistently enhance the procedures and processes for managing the staff for Med-D Enrollment.

Responsibilities:

The Workforce Management Analyst’s additional duties include:

  • Verint scheduling for numerous Med-D Enrollment sites
  • Assigning team responsibilities, prioritizing previous work, and concentrating on threshold items for the current day.
  • Reviewing the aging reports all day long and seeing the job through to the end.
  • Throughout the day, queues are being watched, and tasks are being given to those who have appointments made in the Verint system.
  • Helping in multi-skill/multi-site environments with forecasting, scheduling, and coordinating all activities.
  • Helping to determine the proper workforce levels and making change suggestions to fulfill budgets By evaluating workflow data, developing and implementing recommendations to improve contact center quality, efficiency, and effectiveness, as well as ensuring that service levels and customer satisfaction targets are fulfilled on a daily basis and in real time,
  • Conducting research to support various Workforce Management tasks and producing reports as necessary

Pay Range

The usual pay scale for this position is as follows:

  • At least 43,700
  • Up to 100,000

Please remember that this range represents the salary range for every position in the job grade that this position belongs to. The location is just one of several variables that will be considered when determining the actual compensation offer.

Requirements:

Required credentials

  • One year of experience in a high-volume operations setting and knowledge of resource management.
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Excel expertise
  • 1 year of data analysis experience
  • 2+ years of experience running meetings, talking about leadership opportunities, taking notes, and managing projects
  • Must have a flexible schedule and be prepared to work on the weekends and on holidays as needed.

Preferred Requirements

  • Having worked in a high-volume operations environment for two years or more
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Excel expertise
  • 2+ years of system expertise and MA/and/or PDP Enrollment Operations experience

Education

  • GED or a high school diploma
