Position Description:

You will interact with partners and stakeholders to ensure you have the right context when writing and deploying code, given the significance of our Salesforce instance.

Here is what you need to do.
- On the Salesforce platform, create and develop solutions to enhance user experience and expand operations.
- Develop and maintain Lightning Components, Visualforce, Apex (classes and triggers), and other Salesforce extensions to support business requirements.
- To ensure operations are uninterrupted and to support the expansion of the business, Salesforce architecture must be modified and updated as necessary.
- Create applications, such as simple Visualforce sites, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components, support each release cycle’s implementation and deployment of new or updated code,
- Utilize integrated applications like Outreach.io, Conga, Gong, and ZoomInfo as well as internal/proprietary applications.
- Organize the assessment, sizing, and conclusion of new development requests.
- In order to support deployment, test and debug
- Recognize and participate in the decision-making processes for optimum implementation techniques, such as choosing between declarative (admin-friendly) solutions and bespoke code.
- Establish a strong test-first team culture and regularly examine your code.
- Organize UAT testing and stakeholder approval
- Aim for the implementation of best practices for coding and high-quality data.
- possess understanding of Git-based Version Control Systems, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), Scaled Agile, Kanban, and other Agile-aligned practices (VCS)
- For the purpose of writing code, produce technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts.
- Protect the company from needless technical debt
Required
- Salesforce development experience spanning 3+ years
- Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems utilizing Web services and AppExchange Experience implementing and developing in Apex and Visualforce
- the capacity to find testable, maintainable, and effective solutions to complex technical challenges
- a proactive approach to improving Salesforce
- Ability to successfully communicate with both technical and business personnel and translate business needs into effective technical specifications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- the capacity to develop technical documentation and to interpret technical specifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer certified I
- A plus would be additional Salesforce certifications (Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified JavaScript Developer, etc)
