Responsibilities:

• Delivering Salesforce solutions that suit business needs and user experience by utilizing the newest and finest features

• Help your peers with code reviews and other best practices related to design and coding.
• Increase your knowledge and proficiency by having access to new technology, tools, and training.
• Give teams tackling business difficulties your insight.
• Participate actively in project teams and help them comprehend technical solutions.
• Help QA personnel create an exceptional automated test suite.
• Discuss suggested fixes with the Enterprise design team to guarantee the design grows efficiently, and offer suggestions for how to make it better.
• Provide solutions that are prepared for complete documentation and comprehensive support.
• Help with production problems as they occur, give accurate work estimates for development tasks, and fulfill delivery obligations

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar technological field and at least seven years of relevant job experience
• 3+ years of senior Salesforce development experience; the following minimum Salesforce certifications Salesforce Platform App Builder I; Salesforce Platform Developer I and II
• Salesforce certifications that are desired: Architect of Applications
• Capacity and willingness to acquire new development techniques and technologies
• Outstanding communication, listening, and presentation abilities
• Capacity to analyze strategically and address complex problems in-depth
• Good to have: Knowledge of Copado, JIRA, and/or Certinia
