- Take charge of the sales process by identifying the buyer’s pain points, questioning the buyer’s presumptions, generating positive conflict, offering commercial advice, and completing deals.
- To determine whether an inbound lead is a good fit, perform initial qualification to learn about their purchasing schedule, learning strategy, and business needs.
- Inform potential customers about their industries and provide them with original insights that will change the way they perceive your company.
- Close transactions or refer bigger, more complicated possibilities to the strategic account manager.

- Maintain a lead and opportunity pipeline.
- Keep up-to-date, thorough Salesforce notes on prospect activity

What you must own
