In charge of locating, evaluating, and completing new business prospects pertaining to business process outsourcing and enterprise contact center solutions. In charge of increasing top-line revenue, expanding the client base, and bolstering overall profitability

Responsibilities:

  • Create and preserve connections with potential clients and ascertain their needs.
  • Manage and monitor sales leads, opportunities, and customer information using Salesforce.
  • Keep up and oversee a robust funnel using Salesforce forecasting support.
  • Look for new business possibilities and prospective enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care and Marketing departments to determine, qualify, and quote
  • and get new clients
  • Assist larger company clients who are delivering new services with their annual business reviews.

Extra characteristics

  • Create and deliver proposals and sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Seal new business agreements while upholding criteria of profitability.
  • Reach predetermined goals for each month, including sales targets, quotas, and results.
  • Work together as a team to create and execute fresh approaches to enterprise sales.
  • A strong presence on the phone and daily dialing of more than 40 calls and 40 emails
  • A strong presence on video conferences and background in directing business presentations
  • In charge of becoming an authority on all goods and services offered by Call Experts.

Requirements:

EDUCATION:

  • Education comparable to a GED or high school diploma
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a closely related discipline, or some secondary education
  • Favored

SKILLS:

  • Five years minimum of sales experience with a successful track record
  • Call center experience is advantageous.
  • Strong familiarity with lead qualification procedures and Salesforce
  • advanced familiarity with the call center systems connected to the Amtelco system

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Capable of speaking English fluently. Fluent in Spanish is a benefit.
  • Demonstrates a solid working understanding of GoogleDrive and Microsoft Office apps.
