Responsibilities:
- Contact prospects and build relationships using various outreach methods.
- Educate prospects about HopSkipDrive’s services and schedule meetings with Account Executives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to research and evaluate potential leads.
- Establish rapport with potential prospects and assess their needs.
- Conduct cold calls and emails to identify potential clients.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage the sales funnel and determine outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed SDR quotas for email and phone calls.
- Qualify leads showing interest and assign them to an Account Executive, creating Sales Qualified Leads.
Requirements:
- Sales or education-related experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Honest, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in handling objections.
- Collaborative attitude.
- Desire for professional and personal growth.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and SalesLoft platforms is preferred.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and self-sufficiency.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
