To join Solo.io, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative with a North American base. Building a pipeline for Solo Account Executives (AEs) to generate additional revenue is the responsibility of the SDR position. The new hire is seeking a chance to advance with Solo and has prior outbound sales development expertise in B2B technology!

While we’re open to remote work anywhere in the US, the Northeast is our preferred location.

Responsibilities:

  • This is a hybrid role that combines inbound and outbound sales development; SDRs will work closely with their assigned Account Executives to create and implement outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up tactics.
  • Examine the market, the offerings of Solo.io, and the problems we help clients with.
  • Determine and approach important individuals in target accounts that fit our target personas; prepare and submit prospect data for action on
  • Carry out multichannel sales development initiatives (video, social, email, etc.)
  • In order to nurture and turn incoming MQLs and intent leads into qualified meetings for the sales team, qualify them.
  • Reach and surpass performance indicators and KPIs, such as scheduled meetings and daily/weekly tasks across the aforementioned channels.
  • Qualify and follow up with contacts you made at events, promotions, and other marketing and sales initiatives.
  • When necessary, travel to in-person meetings and activities.
  • Participate in meetings with peers, managers, and AEs.

Requirements:

Workplace Prerequisites:

  • 0.5–1+ years of experience with outbound SDRs
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Expandi, Orum, and other sales tools
  • Concentration, precision, and a dedication to maintaining high standards of quality
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; capacity to forge connections with both internal and external stakeholders
  • A cooperative team player with a spirit of entrepreneurship

Required Competencies:

  • Familiarity with contact databases like LeadIQ, Seamless, or Zoominfo
  • Having used Sales Navigator before is a benefit.
