Responsibilities:

  • Create a pipeline by utilizing multiple channels for networking and establishing important business connections.
  • Using a tried-and-true tech stack for cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, etc.)
  • Apply deep prospecting strategies to facilitate a customized approach to interacting with potential customers.
  • For sales executives of payers, health plans, and employers, explore and create new business prospects.
  • Utilize a consultative sales strategy to identify prospects.
  • Establish connections with potential customers in Payer, Health Plan, and Employer accounts.
  • Arrange and plan for important decision-makers to meet in person and virtually.
  • Together with the designated Sales VP, create a prospect account strategy and success plan. QoQ
  • In Salesforce.com, possess and oversee a pipeline.
  • 30% of people travel for live events.

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of B2B or SaaS sales experience; a track record of identifying and generating new business with clients and prospects; the ability to establish and preserve connections with decision-makers
  • Proficiency in comprehending distinct requirements of prospects within the healthcare sector and proficiently conveying the value proposition
  • Working knowledge of sales enablement technologies including Salesforce (SFDC), Outreach, 6sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, etc. Proficiency in a fast-paced work environment
  • Need to be able to operate remotely and virtually
  • Self-driven individual who has proven abilities to oversee several projects at once in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and see them through to completion with little guidance
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience

Bonus Skills

  • Proficiency in healthcare sales, either directly or via healthcare consultants/brokers
  • Selling expertise in the field of medical technology is a bonus.
  • It is advantageous to have knowledge of and expertise with strategic planning and execution, especially when collaborating with the departments of sales and marketing to create and carry out campaigns.
