Position Description:

This is a dual role in which you will be cross-trained to help clients at both Starks Solutions Coaching & Consulting and Financial Freedom Insurance.

Responsibilities of the Job:

• On the phone, by email, and in writing, establish working connections with clients, potential clients, and the firms we represent.
• Assisting teammates with customer and prospect follow-up
• Investigate and respond to client inquiries
• Respond to client needs as soon as possible, either over the phone or electronically.
• Maintain customer files and handle normal correspondence between our organization and the client… both on paper and on our many software systems
• Through consultative selling, we can cultivate new prospects and provide other options for our coaching programs.

• In person and on the phone, I am articulate and professional.
• Self-starter, determined, and capable of dealing with rejection.
• Self-assured, lively, and enthusiastic, with a sense of humour.
• Microsoft Word and Outlook prowess.
• Patient, courteous, dependable, trustworthy, friendly, encouraging, articulate, compassionate, ethical, and truthful.
