Job Description:

Our Channel Sales Operations Advisor will assess the requirements of the Channel Business and collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize the processes. You will manage multiple tasks and functions with limited oversight, provide input on current processes, make recommendations for process improvements (to increase the efficiency and revenue effectiveness of our channel programs), and provide ongoing support for special projects.

To achieve this, you will serve as a liaison between Sales/Sales Management, Marketing, Finance, and Information Technology, working closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts to document business processes, identify business requirements, project manage initiatives, and promote the adoption of new processes.


  • Initiate, develop, implement, and adopt process enhancements to enhance the partner experience.
  • Comprehend and become an authority on all Secureworks channel sales strategy and operations, including Deal Registration and Partner Lifecycle Management.
  • Develop process enhancements for onboarding new partners into the business systems of Secureworks
  • Establish solid cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.


  • Minimum of three years’ experience in Channel Sales Operations for an IT security or IT software company. Minimum of three years’ experience with sales tools and technologies (Salesforce.com, etc.)
  • Minimum of two years of experience with Excel and Tableau
  • Minimum of two years of experience creating and driving change initiatives to current business processes, developing improvement projects that have not been specifically requested, and convincing others of the project’s ROI.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business information systems, or a related field, or its equivalent.
  • three to five years’ experience in a professional services, sales, or customer support operations role.
  • Prior experience in a Channel Sales organization working with data pertaining to Channel Sales.
  • Knowledge of SalesForce.com’s Community Cloud and Sales Cloud
