Position Description
The American Cancer Society is seeking a remote Talent Management Program Manager to join their team. In this role, the qualified candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and implementing core talent programs such as performance management, succession planning, and talent assessment. The Program Manager will be working closely with the Learning and Development team, as well as managing reporting and designing talent management reporting needs for the organization.
Responsibilities
– Building Talent Toolkit: Design, implement, and manage talent programs such as succession planning, talent identification and development planning, and talent assessment.
– Partnering with L&D: Drive and manage program management, such as training content, communication, and identifying talent for development programs.
– Reporting Design Lead: Partner with talent leadership on talent management reporting needs and manage teams.
– Project Manage Talent Lifecycle: Establish and manage project deadlines, deliverables, and confidentiality of sensitive information.
– Assessing program, business and technology requirements including the design of agile talent solutions.
Qualifications
– Strong talent program management background with demonstrated leadership experience.
– Experience designing and delivering programs in multiple talent management disciplines.
– Talent Management and Workday experience with design and UI.
– A mindset of employee experience and empathy around people’s manager and employee personas.
– Documentation expertise in training.
– Knowledge around defining end goal needs & measurements for reporting, analytics and insights.
– Ability to design and implement high-level strategic initiatives and manage project timelines.
