You will be a member of a specialist team at the forefront of patient care while working from home. Collaborating with healthcare experts, you will offer a significant patient experience while applying your critical thinking abilities to create, carry out, and assess all-encompassing treatment plans for patients with various illness states. With every outgoing call, you, as a Telephonic Registered Nurse, will have a significant impact on the lives of patients and caregivers by educating and supporting them with their new medication. You are the continuity of care supporting specific patient demographics using our cutting-edge telecommunications nursing outreach initiatives, in conjunction with the Compliance and Persistency team. In order to effectively serve patients in this role as a registered nurse, you must possess exceptional verbal and writing customer service abilities in addition to sophisticated computer capabilities.

Requirements:

• The candidate for this specific request must be based in Indiana.
• 3+ years of experience as a clinical registered nurse; familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience with telephone nursing; familiarity with EPIC systems;
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; multiple state licenses are preferred

Learning:

• Nursing diploma, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree
