Position Description and Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations necessary to make sure the project is finished effectively, on schedule, and in a way that is consistent with the organization’s goals, the department’s rules, and the regular terms and conditions of the contract.
- Develop a close working relationship with the customer, order management specialists, manufacturing, and field teams (such as install, clinical education support, and sales) in order to remotely coordinate the delivery and installation process and guarantee prompt execution of assigned systems and device orders.
- Assist with deliveries, site readiness assessments, and room drawings
- Create project plans for assigned projects that provide clear milestones and responsibility distribution for project tasks.
- Construct, revise, and disseminate project documentation, such as contact lists, timetables, meeting recaps, and action item lists.
- Manage projects in accordance with the key performance indicators of the organizations responsible for healthcare project management and shared services.
- Develop process enhancements for the Healthcare Project Management and Shared Services teams by identifying, putting forth, and/or taking part in them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor “s degree and at least one year of experience in project management; -or an Associate degree and at least two years of experience in project management, or expertise in a technical field;
- *Ability to monitor and manage critical path elements of projects *Experience managing revenue-generating projects *Experience with external customer service that demonstrates the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities *Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays when necessary *Must have valid driver’s license “s permit
