Position Description:

We’re searching for a project manager to be the brains behind ConvertKit’s Growth team, with growth as the main focus. reports to and collaborates with the CRO directly. For someone with experience organizing, creating, and managing projects for SAAS businesses, this is a fantastic opportunity. The ideal applicant has a track record of successfully overseeing projects from inception to conclusion and producing quantifiable outcomes for the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate numerous projects throughout the Growth team and maybe the entire firm to guarantee their timely and cost-effective completion.
• Organize and chair a weekly meeting for revenue planning.
• Join forces with senior growth leadership to schedule and plan project duties.
• Know the ins and outs of each department, their relationships, and how to collaborate effectively.
• Share project status with key stakeholders and participants.
• To ensure that initiatives are in line with business priorities, remain aware of the company’s goals and strategy.
• Facilitate and promote departmental cooperation to ensure projects are effectively completed.
• Assign tasks to team members based on their qualifications and experience
• Improve the project’s timeline, budget, and deliverables.
• Together with the operations team, create cost projections and project financial strategies.
• Create reports and presentations to convey project status.
• Maintain the project team’s attention on the end result.
• Participate in live, twice-yearly business retreats

Requirements

• Experience in project management for at least three years, or equivalent experience in another industry
• Experience and abilities in project management that can be used to solve problems
• a working knowledge of SAAS metrics, a keen eye for statistics, and strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities
• strong time management, planning, and communication skills, both in writing and verbally
• the capacity to oversee many projects at once
• knowledge of software and tools for project management. Right now we’re using Monday.com
