We are looking for strong candidates to help strengthen, mature, and sustain momentum we’ve already achieved as we continue on our transformation. As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading teams in defining and executing projects that impact our company objectives. This individual will play a key role in helping to define best practices for the PMO and collaboration for the larger EPD organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively oversee several large- and medium-sized projects of different complexity from start to finish.
  • Divide the job into manageable workstreams and deliverables using program and portfolio roadmaps.
  • Lead transformation management initiatives by acting as a change agent.
  • Encourage the discussion about planning, priorities, and tradeoffs.
  • Briefly explain project milestones, issues, risks, and decisions to directors, product managers, and non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Establish solid relationships between cross-functional teams, and produce project artifacts (plans, reports, decks, process maps, dashboards, etc.)
  • Set up short-term plans for the PMO and the function.
  • Promote the role and generate enthusiasm for the PMO’s goals.
  • Serves to support a scrum (durable) team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of expertise managing projects and programs using Agile and Predictive techniques, preferably in high-growth, time-constrained situations
  • Professional scrum master
  • Capacity to quickly design and carry out cross-functional plans and activities with measurable impact and a high tolerance for ambiguity
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities that allow you to provide reliable business solutions
  • Confidently address issues, deal with pushback, and maintain a proactive team-centric approach while interacting with senior management executives.
  • Adept in balancing and setting priorities for a variety of projects
  • Knowledge of organizational dynamics, track record of successfully influencing stakeholders, and functional and global reach
  • Ability to function independently in a wholly virtual setting and to forge lasting connections remotely
  • Excellent at communicating verbally and in writing
  • The ideal applicant is passionate about bringing about change and inspiring teams to find solutions to issues.
  • Ability to comprehend and draw workflow and process diagrams is required.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Google Documents
