Everlight Solar is seeking a qualified, results-oriented individual to fill the position of assistant to our solar project manager. Our project managers and assistants oversee and coordinate each stage of business initiative processes, providing support to clients, team members, and contractors. They guarantee that every project is completed on time and with top-notch results. This will be a “remote” full-time job that the employee may undertake from home.

The ideal candidates for this position are experienced Apple software users who are fluent in both macOS and iOS.

Responsibilities:

  • Verifies expectations with clients before, throughout, and after the project is finished.
  • constantly goes above and above for customers, offering outstanding customer service.
  • efficiently manages a number of projects at various phases.
  • The capacity to prioritize work, function autonomously under pressure, and oversee several projects with minimal supervision until they are finished.
  • the ability to weigh options, predict results, and exercise good judgment.
  • serves as a point of contact for department management, clients, field technicians, and government authorities.
  • Use your own discretion when responding to and troubleshooting any queries, concerns, or complaints.
  • proactive in finishing projects in time.
  • verifies accuracy by examining and overseeing completed drawings and project documentation.
  • keeps a watch on the equipment’s manufacturing to guarantee product integrity.
  • fulfills the project’s overall deadlines consistently and on time.
  • builds mutual respect and confidence between the contractors and the Project Management Team.
  • assists in managing a number of subcontractors throughout multiple states.
  • finds possible subcontractors and develops business relationships with them.
  • enhances income and profitability through the timely and successful completion of projects.
  • understands the principles and tactics involved in marketing, promoting, and concluding sales of products and services. This includes product demos, marketing plans and strategies, sales control systems, and sales techniques.

  • Must own a Mac computer and be conversant with the whole Apple software ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
  • shown ability to participate in projects at all phases of their development, from design and sales proposals to closeout and project completion.
  • proficiency with the Office software from Microsoft.
  • competence and familiarity with Salesforce.
  • demonstrated initiative and a sense of urgency in each task.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with other team members on a variety of initiatives.

Pay: Between $30,000 and $40,000 a year
