Position Description:

The Senior Digital Program Manager at Mobiquity Inc. is a “hands-on, roll up your sleeves” position, which is devoted to ensuring the success of the long-term, high impact engagements for our strategic client partnerships. Managing several work streams within an account, coordinating cross-functional project teams, and interacting with numerous important stakeholders are all skills that successful applicants must possess. Depending on the size of the customer, the program manager oversees various client programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant and highly successful delivery across all job streams
• Ensure that project teams are staffed with the appropriate and complementary skill sets needed to satisfy client expectations and deliverables
• Jointly oversee performance of project team members (in cooperation with Account Executives, Portfolio Owners, and Discipline Leaders) (in conjunction with Account Executives, Portfolio Owners, and Discipline Leaders)
• Work with Operations to establish the suitable project team, and change as needed
• Give the Leadership Team regular status and financial reporting
• Manage account financials to balance program budgets and achieve or beat ‘as sold’ project margins
• exceeding client expectations for customer satisfaction in challenging collaborations
• Encourage engagement transitions to increase revenue by client by motivating and retaining a high-performing and engaged project crew.
• Together with the Account Executive, find new lateral selling revenue possibilities to pursue and secure new business.
• Encourage SMEs in strategic accounts to participate in the engagement solutions process (new and existing)
• Participate in ongoing process and technique improvements at Mobiquity.

Experience and Knowledge

• Experience in building strong client relationships with large, complicated customers
• 5+ years of experience delivering digital solutions overall
• 3+ years of experience as a project manager or program director A bachelor’s degree and a track record of academic achievement
• Experience managing medium to large scale worldwide delivery programs with 20 to 30 people and Scrum or Scaled Agile certification
• Managing and cooperating with international delivery teams Experience boosting client revenue
• Ability to manage and multitask Ability to lead a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capacity to create concise and thorough project plans
• financial knowledge, spreadsheet proficiency, and proficiency with sophisticated estimation tools and procedures
• adept at finding solutions to problems; able to act promptly and effectively when difficulties occur
• Experience with financial services, particularly banking and banking software, is preferred.
