For a full-time position managing the full life cycle of project activities for our newly launched and expanding Metaverse company as well as other growth initiatives, CAA is looking for a Strategic Initiatives Project Lead. The Head of Technology – Strategic Programs is assisted by the Project Lead for Strategic Initiatives.
The candidate will have a great capacity to articulate goals, create plans, and produce results. They will be both forward-thinking and hands-on. Strong cross-functional teamwork skills and the capacity to promote innovative procedures and technologies are prerequisites for this position. This function, which is central to our operations, will support the development and investment throughout a fresh, developing ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Support go-to-market strategies by collaborating with our Chief Metaverse Officer and other executives (e.g. vendor and partner technology evaluations, security and risk assessments, architecture reviews, etc.)
- In the process of assessing and implementing new growth strategies, pinpoint technology possibilities and efficiency. Enhance technological resources to aid fresh ventures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with top leaders in technology, strategy, law, finance, accounting, and other fields as well as with suppliers and external partners.
- Lead emerging technology projects, offering proactive advice on the best technology approach, from discovery and strategy to implementation and delivery.
- In order to mobilize change and manage the project lifecycle, collaborate with strategic development.
- As assigned, assist with special efforts and projects.
Requirements:
- It is ideal if you have experience with emerging technologies like Web 3.0, VR/XR/AR, and synthetic media.
- Having the ability to simultaneously manage several projects, with all of their associated teams and duties.
- The ideal applicant will be familiar with every stage of the project lifecycle, including the Agile and Waterfall techniques. All project-related papers, such as the Project Charter, Project Risk Assessment, Story Creation, Grooming and Validation, Project Plan, Business Requirements Documents, Test Plans, Test Results, UAT Approvals, and Retrospectives, will be created and maintained by them.
- The use of Certified Scrum Masters, prior Agile project management experience, and/or PMP certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, JIRA, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Visio as well as other program/project management tools
- working knowledge of a worldly, dynamic environment
- Good communication skills and the capacity to convey business requirements to numerous stakeholders in a clear and straightforward way (C-suite, clients, suppliers, partners, etc.)
- The capacity to autonomously resolve disagreements, financial limits, and/or time restraints while prioritizing multiple activities.
