Position Description:

To lead crucial Identity, Trust, and Safety initiatives that support our teams in keeping NEAR secure for our community, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager. You will be at the center of the prevention, detection, enforcement, and measurement of Trust & Safety and Integrity work as a PM on the Identity, Trust, & Safety Product team. You will be entrusted with maximizing team productivity by iterating on current tools and procedures and creating new ones while working cross-functionally throughout the organization. Your efforts will result in more efficient workflows and better processes, which will eventually improve the user experience for Web3 users worldwide. Within the organization and the larger open source ecosystem, this is a key and prominent position.

What You Will Do:

• Create objectives, a strategy, and a roadmap for the area of identity, trust, and safety.
• Establish measures to gauge the effectiveness and impact of safety initiatives.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and open-source initiatives to create technologies that will make our teams more productive and efficient.
• Drive daily execution against OKRs in close collaboration with the data, protocol, and application engineering teams.
• Work together and communicate with partners from the fields of product development, customer operations, law, engineering, security, and data science.
• Keep a close eye on the outcomes of all features and infrastructure upgrades.
• Together with key stakeholders, develop and propose moving forward recommendations.

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• experience in product management, data science, or program management at a technology company, ideally 3+ years
