Position Description:
In order to fulfill its purpose of enhancing global health and happiness, Headspace Health is expanding its capabilities. A Product Management Lead is needed to guide the development of our B2B platform and products so that millions of people may access and use Headspace Health’s mental health and healthcare services through employers and channel partners. The person will be in charge of developing and enacting our B2B platform strategy and roadmap, reporting to the VP of Product for our Partners & Platforms teams. You’ll be in charge of a cross-functional development team in this IC position, which offers excellent room for advancement.

How Headspace Health will put your skills and enthusiasm to use:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for our B2B platform and products to allow employers and partners to use and utilize Headspace Health’s services.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to identify, build, and introduce new features that will benefit our B2B audience (administrators and members) and expand our business.
- In order to establish a clear direction for the team, bring together business client demands, consumer data, competitor trends, and sales / success insights.
- Develop effective go-to-market strategies for the launch of new products in collaboration with the sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
- Participate in annual planning and strategic planning for the B2B industry with key stakeholders and partners.
What you have achieved:
- Required Experience in B2B and/or platform products over the course of six or more years in direct product management is preferred.
- the capacity to analyze market, consumer, and competition trends to create product strategy and team roadmaps
- extensive experience working with stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) and customers to identify scalable solutions and put them in a roadmap by understanding user needs
- keen aptitude for making presentations to executive personnel, outside partners, and important stakeholders
- Knowledge of bringing together several teams within a complex organization, recognizing interdependence, and weighing trade-offs to execute and launch projects
- strong abilities in both qualitative and quantitative data processing as well as problem-solving
- the capacity to flourish in a startup environment
