What you’re going to do

The Walmart US eCommerce Fulfillment Services team (WFS) creates products that enable Marketplace sellers to easily offer fast, low-cost delivery options to Walmart customers. Our goal at WFS is to differentiate ourselves through trust, transparency, and collaboration. We are looking for a talented Product Manager to help sellers manage their WFS business by creating best-in-class experiences.

In this role, you’ll work with teams such as Engineering, Analytics, Account Management, and others to create a suite of tools that streamline processes for sellers, making it easier and faster to sell on WFS. These tools will enable sellers to expand their WFS business by increasing assortment and increasing sales from their existing catalog. Your job will be to develop the long-term strategy and the roadmap to achieve it, all while building products that achieve near-term results. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups to break down barriers and shift paradigms.

You’ll make an impression by

Developing a product strategy entails defining an ambitious vision and making thoughtful, data-driven decisions to get there.

Working across departments and with multiple stakeholders- Communication, collaboration, and influence will be critical to your success. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is required to translate the product strategy into a product roadmap and engineering sprints.

Breaking constraints to simplify experiences- Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and dig deep into the limiting factors in order to invent new ways to achieve better results with a simpler process.

Designing for scale entails putting together solutions for making systems that scale work better — not just patching something to keep it running today, but ensuring that it works better as we grow.

  • This position’s annual salary range is $136,000.00-$200,000.00.
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives are available as additional compensation.
  • Additional compensation for specific positions may include the following: – Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
  • Stock equity bonuses
