Responsibilities:

• Create and Carry Out the Vision: Specify the course for our member-focused mobile applications, establishing goals and guiding the end result toward prosperity.
• Utilize Data and Empathy to Drive: Make use of data analytics and user insights to improve the app experience and make sure it fulfills the needs of our wide range of users.
• Encourage Collaboration: To realize your product vision, lead interdisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and clinical specialists.
• Create and Improve: From conception to release, you will test and improve, growing our mobile application to the joy of millions of users.
• Spec out the Exceptions: Clearly convey your idea to the engineering team by creating precise, concise specs that will aid in the productive and successful creation of the product.
• Act as an Advocate for Users: Collaborate closely with nutritionists, health coaches, and business operations to turn member feedback into useful product additions.
• Promote Personalization: Provide unforgettable, customized experiences that capture people’s attention.

Requirements:

• You’ve been a product manager for three or more years, ideally in the technology industry, and you’ve launched a number of popular mobile apps.
• You’re an independent worker who can handle complexity and ambiguity with ease.
• You know a lot about product analytics, and you use that knowledge to inform your decisions.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities; you can persuade and collaborate with people from different backgrounds.
• It helps to have prior experience in hypothesis testing, prototyping, and experimentation.

Pay and Perquisites

The yearly salary range for this role is between $120,000 and $140,000.
