In this position, you will get in-depth knowledge of our clients’ daily routines with a strong commitment to developing products and solutions that seamlessly integrate into their everyday work processes. You will contribute to the overall product vision by developing a product strategy and roadmap that delights our customers and enhances WEX’s growth outside of fuel. You will draw on customer empathy interviews, user research, market research, and collaboration with our business and tech partners. To make our business-focused web and mobile applications and payment modalities better and more useful to our clients overall, you will collaborate with other teams. How you’ll act:

  • Provide top-tier experiences and enabling tools to win over customers and the market.
  • To establish priorities and motivate the larger team, thoroughly comprehend the needs of the external market and customers.
  • For our B2B cost management products, create a strategic and prioritized product roadmap that includes: defining client use cases with input from the voice of the customer, business partners, and market research; characterize users and influence tradeoff choices
  • Create fresh features and goods for the benefit of the client
  • Develop business models, specify and evaluate success criteria, and oversee strategic projects to fully own the product.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to develop iterative, customer-driven, enjoyable experiences; products include new B2B software integrations, field service management solutions, and e-commerce offerings via web and mobile apps that enable our customers to manage business expenses across market verticals.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate outcomes, prioritize a roadmap, accomplish value and benefits, promote the use of mobile apps, and boost financial outcomes.
  • Become a dependable partner who can effectively communicate with high-level stakeholders, establish priorities and directions, and start bridging gaps within groups.

Your expertise will be:

  • 8+ years of expertise in product management producing world-class capabilities or software in a contemporary, data-driven environment
  • Required must have a bachelor’s degree; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • a track record of successfully coordinating efforts with engineering teams and other product teams to deliver products on time.
  • Recognize the (micro) interactions between features and the overall product vision (macro)
  • has an attitude of learning and curiosity to begin forming tested and iterated hypotheses
  • Expertise with identifying customer issues, developing product strategies, prioritizing roadmaps, writing in-depth requirement documents, managing a backlog, and keeping meticulous records.
