This position offers the chance to collaborate with coworkers on a variety of projects and procedures related to developing and maintaining our Individual Part D product portfolio, including standalone PDP and the Rx benefits of our MAPD portfolio, in a fast-paced environment across the Part D Product team, Caremark, and internal departments. The ideal applicant will supervise autonomous work in addition to cross-functional work on the Part D team and in other enterprise functional areas. Bid planning and submission, post-bid activities and reporting, tracking deliverables, creating variable benefit language for member materials, collaborating with colleagues from different functional areas, and providing insight, technical interpretation, and input for requirements and processes are just a few of the typical job duties.
The position supports end-to-end Part D Product operations initiatives, including bid filings, supporting papers for needed members (EOC, SB, Formulary Guide, etc.), product implementation, benefits design, reporting, and analysis.
Pay Scale
The usual pay scale for this position is as follows:
- At least 60,300
- The most: 130,000

Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years’ knowledge of Medicare Part D.
- A thorough understanding of the Medicare regulatory environment is required, particularly the Medicare Communication and Marketing Guidelines.
- With a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience, the candidate should be knowledgeable about pharmaceutical benefits management (PBM) operations. They should also be able to identify and recommend technological and process modifications with an emphasis on compliance, accurate filing obligations, and implementation efforts.
- Intermediate to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced knowledge of communicating and working in a massive, highly matrixed environment.

Education
Prefer a Bachelor of Arts program in business or health. can replace up to two years of college with up to two years’ worth of senior level Part D work experience.
